Are there any emails you haven't deleted?
ほとんどのメールは通知の類が多いので、削除していますが、取引関係のメールは残していますね。
Most of the emails are notifications, so I delete them, but I do keep the ones related to business transactions.

久しぶりに冷凍食品を食べました。
It's been a while since I've had frozen food.
こちら、「五目あんかけ焼きそば」です。
This is "Gomoku Ankake Yakisoba."
袋の中身は、このような感じ。
The contents of the bag look like this.
500ワットの電子レンジで、７分半、温めます。
Heat in a 500 watt microwave for 7.5 minutes.
温まりました。
The contents were warm.
麺を皿にあけます。
Place the noodles on a plate.
五目あんをかけて、出来上がり。(^^)
Pour the mixed sauce over it and it's done.
いただきまーす！＼(^o^)／
Let's eat!
お手軽に、美味しく、完食。
Easy, delicious and a complete meal.
