やはり、大晦日には「年越し蕎麦」の話題は欠かせませんね。
Of course, the topic of "Toshikoshi Soba" is an essential part of New Year's Eve.
ということで、これが正真正銘、今年最後のブログ記事です。(^^ゞ
So, this is truly the last blog post of the year.
今年に食べるお蕎麦は、こちらの「流水麺」です。
The soba noodles I'll be eating this year are these "Ryusui noodles."
調理は、実に簡単。
Cooking is really easy.
こうして、流水に、さっと、くぐらせるだけ。(^^)
Just dip it under running water like this.
ざるそばもどきの完成。(^^)
The Zaru Soba imitation is complete.
蕎麦と麺つゆだけで、粋にいただきますよ。
Enjoy it with just the soba noodles and noodle soup.
ビールをお供に、紅白歌合戦を観ます。
I watch the Red and White Song Battle with a beer.
完食。(^^)
I finished it all.
ぬいぐるみたちは、紅白歌合戦に夢中ですね。(笑)
