歯周病や虫歯などが、無いかを、歯科衛生士さんに見ていただきました。
結果は、歯の健康に問題はありませんでした。
しかし、歯石が、溜まっていたので、歯科衛生士さんに歯石を除去していただきました。
歯石をとってもらい、歯がすっきりしました(^.^)

Yesterday I went to my dentist in the afternoon and had a periodic dental checkup.
I saw dental hygienists to see if there was gum disease or tooth decay.
The result was that there was no problem with dental health.
However, as dental calculus was accumulated, a dental hygienist removed tartar.
I took a calculus and the teeth got clearer (^. ^)
