ライフコーチングしている感じです
営業を含めてだとは承知ですが
初めて話した先生方からは

喋れてフツーというのが
スタンダードになっているのが
嬉しい
英語うまいねって言われているうちは
まだまだですから・・・
歌手に歌うまいですね、って言わないのと
同じですね
今日はNegociationについて
初めましての先生と
レッスンしました

We needed to solve one problem
that people from another department
did not want to handle even though
it was their problem.
We were able to negotiate the situation
and correct the problem.
I'm good at persuading people.
I use a technique to find the other person's
strong/weak points to improve themselves
and their self-esteem.
Firstly, I listen to them and
find their weak point
and raise their self-esteem
by pointing out their strong points.
Work and business is conducted
by people so I try to have the correct people
in place to achieve our goals.
I do agree with the statement
aim high and don't limit yourself.
Keep your target goal in mind
so that you can make your clients’ needs
satisfied.
I would ask what is the asset and
results if you do your homework.
They are trying to satisfy
the person's needs and anticipate
what their needs are.
Firstly, they must go in selling
their strong point to their company
when they go in for the negotiation.

なのでまさにあなたのことよって言ったら、
そうだね、僕のことだって言っていました。
他のレッスンでは
BBCで音楽番組のプロデューサーをしていた
イギリス人のSam先生。
時代の流れと共にプロデューサー職を解かれた
28年前、この先どうしようと思ったSam先生は
26ヵ国回ってココ！！という土地を探し求めました。
そしてThailand grabbed him.
先週まで７家族しかいないような
ジャングルに住んでいた先生と奥さんは
今週、WiFiを求めて・笑
チェンマイに引っ越したとのこと。
Camblyの先生は２年していますが
いつもネットが不調で不評をもらっていたとか・笑
今週からはまた評価が上がるでしょう？
自分の英語磨きのためでもありますが、
私は先生たちのストーリーを聴くのも本当に楽しいです
