Today was my maintenance day.
Usually, I go SPA at the end of the month, but Koko has vacations this month, so I chose one in advance.
My massagist is a woman named Beth.
She is a bit taller than I am and she is an engaging woman with a beautiful smile having good posture.
If possible, I'll take a photo of her and let you see.
It was a third-time visit for me this morning.
Until today we had not talked about ourselves as I wanted to be relaxed during treatment.
For some reason, we talked a lot about us today.
Chances were a talk about how much my shoulders were tight.
She said, "Apparently you are tight today".
So I explained to her that I had started studying to improve myself in addition to my job and child-care.
Furthermore, as I was curious about her body with muscles, I asked her if she was doing some exercise.
Then it turned out that she and her husband were rock climbers and they were organizing a rock climb gym!
Now I can tell how hard she is training every day.
Besides, she is doing Yoga daily at home and meditation as a habit.
See! You can encounter the person you are looking for.
I told her that I wished I could have started going to gym, but I could not find anyone who joined with,
nor did I have the courage to go to the gym by myself.
Then she advised me that I should break through a fear at times when I started something and it was one of the good things to find a new friend there.
Yes, she is right.
Easier said than done!!
Then I kept asking her if she watched out what to eat.
She is not a vegetarian, but she rarely eats bread, pasta, and cheese.
Instead, she eats granola, yogurt, and lots of vegetables.
That's exactly what I thought!
Well, I might have new American friend whom I can talk sincerely.
I like building a friendship with taking times.
She suggested me to join a membership of SPA so as to get a discount.
Continuously doing one thing is a behavior that gains trust!
I sequentially saw her these 3 months.
That idea can be applied to everything, can't it?
Little and often fills the purse.
Let's keep practicing!
