According to his supporter, Mr. Sakamoto is still staying in the area for his animals even though his mother is now in a critical condition due to an illness.
He was even crying when the supporter called. Because he is always questioned by the police at the checkpoint over 30 min like "Why are you staying for the animals?", "Why are you passing this road?" even though he has a permit to enter the No-go-zone.
Mr. Sakamoto says, "Animals are my family". But they never understand him.
Even though he is in such a condition, he cares everyone who supports him.
He even wrote a letter to the supporter enclosed a photo of his "family".
