本当に、これからの時代に向けて、個人個人が大きくシフトしていく時期を迎えていることを実感しました。
自分自身ときちんと向き合って、どこからこの痛みがきているのか、なぜこのパターンを繰り返しているのか、そこをあたたかい目でみていく。
繰り返されてきたパターンは、もう終わりにする時期ですね。
もういい加減食べ飽きた・・・と思いませんか？
