こんばんは！
I met with my friend who set up with me
a voluntary group a few years ago today.
Our birth day is different only one day.
今日は数年前に任意団体を
一緒に立ち上げた友達と会いました。
僕たちの誕生日は一日違い。
set up：立ち上げる
voluntary group：任意団体
We talked each other some topics.
We was holding some international exchange events
when we set up our group.
But for now we are going silent for a while,,it is long time.
僕たちはお互いのこといくつか話しました。
僕たちは団体を立ち上げた時は国際交流イベントを
行っていました。
しかし今その活動は休止中で、長くなっています。
go silent for a while：しばらく休止する
goingはgoのing形。
And we talked that we will restart our activities
as much as possible.
It may not hold any international exchange events
but we will meet and spend time together sometimes.
僕たちは出来るだけ活動を再開しようと話しました。
活動は国際交流イベントではないかもしれませんが、
時々会って共に時間を過ごそうという話をしました。
restart：再開する
as much as possible：可能な限り
may：～してよい、～かもしれない。
may not：～しないかもしれない。
