中国の犬肉祭り廃止を求め声を上げているほか、ザ・ボディショップの動物実験反対キャンペーンに起用されたり、毛皮反対宣言をしたり、またベジタリアンでもあるイギリス出身の人気歌手、レオナ・ルイスが、犬肉祭りや犬の虐待撲滅を目指すチャリティーソングを発表しました。
