「指示待ち」って、安全なやり方だと思われてるけど、今の速い時代では本当に低リスクなのかな？指示を待っていると、決定が遅くなったり生産性が下がったりすることもあるけど、社会に秩序や調和をもたらすポジティブな面もあるよね。それに、衝動的な決定を避けることで、後からのダメージコントロールにも役立つし、長い目で見ると生産性を維持することにもつながると思う。だから、両者のバランスを取ることが大事だと思うんだ。これは、日本国内外で企業が真剣に考えるべき重要なポイントだよ。
It seems that "Shiji-Machi" (waiting for orders) has been viewed as a safe approach, but in our fast-paced world, is it really low-risk? While waiting for instructions can sometimes slow down decision-making and reduce productivity, it also has its positive aspects, bringing order and harmony to society. Additionally, it can help with damage control later on, preventing impulsive decisions that can be reckless and decrease productivity in the long run. That’s why I think it’s important to find a balance between the two. This is a crucial point that companies need to seriously consider, both in Japan and abroad.
大きなグループだと秩序が大切だけど、子どもたちは自分の意見を言ったり、創造的なアイデアをシェアする機会があるのかな？伝統的な教育は、子どもたちが「はい」って言うことを促すことが多いけど、これは尊敬や調和を育むって言われてる。でも、独自の考えを持つことも大事だよね。日本は、組織とクリエイティビティの両方をうまく取り入れて、みんなが自分のユニークな視点を出せる道を見つけられると思うな。
In large groups, order is important, but do children have opportunities to express their opinions and share creative ideas? The traditional education system often encourages kids to just say "yes," which is said to foster respect and harmony. However, having independent thoughts is also important. I believe Japan can find a way to embrace both organization and creativity, allowing everyone to share their unique perspectives.
意見を上手に伝える3つのコツ
1. 謙虚な言葉を使う
「私の拙い意見ですが、～を考えてみてはいかがでしょうか？」
"May I propose that we consider..."
2. 考えを伝える前、気持ちよく許可を求める
「この件について私の考えをお話ししてもいいですか？」
"May I share my thoughts on this matter?"
3. 提案を目標に繋がる
「私たちの目標達成に役立つかもしれない提案があります。」
"I have a suggestion that might help us reach our goals."
こんな感じで、ちょっとカジュアルに意見を伝えると、上司も受け入れやすくなるかもしれないね！
